Granger, the majority of images used on this website are in the Public Domain. A very few are used with the specific permission of the photographers that took them. The photograph of the OH-58D instrument panel was published by Bell Helicopter, which produced that helicopter under contract to the United States government, and as such, I believe that the government owns the photograph. As I understand it, that places it in the Public Domain. As far as TDiA is concerned, you may use the image.
